K-pop girl group 2NE1 have announced new batch of concerts for the Asia Leg of their upcoming 2024 to 2025 comeback world tour, titled ‘Welcome Back’.

On July 25, 2NE1 and their agency YG Entertainment announced the first two dates for their upcoming 2024 to 2025 world tour. It comes just days after the girl group revealed that they would be reuniting, eight years after disbanding in 2016.

The K-pop quartet will kick off their new world tour over two nights in October at the Olympic Park Olympic Hall in Seoul, South Korea. Tickets for the shows went on sale August 5 via Interpark Ticket. For more information, head to the official YG Entertainment website.

In September, YG announced the Asia leg of 2NE1’s 2024 to 2025 ‘Welcome Back’ tour, with concerts in Manila and Jakarta this November, alongside shows in Hong Kong and Singapore in December. According the poster, there will be two more dates for the leg, which will be announced soon.

Aside from the Asia leg and two Seoul dates, 2NE1 are also set to play concerts in Osaka in late November and then Tokyo in December. More shows in other regions are expected to be announced in the coming months.

The dates for 2NE1’s 2024 to 2025 ‘Welcome Back’ world tour are:

2NE1 made their debut in 2009 under YG Entertainment, and later became one of the most successful second-generation K-pop acts. They released a slew of hits throughout their career, including ‘Fire’, ‘I Am The Best’, ‘Come Back Home’ and many others.

The girl group’s reunion comes just a month after they confirmed that they met with YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun-suk. At the time, according to the agency, they shared an “extremely meaningful” two-hour discussion.
