The American singer-songwriter announced last month that she was planning to embark on a UK and Ireland stadium tour next summer. The dates all come in support of her forthcoming album ‘The Right Person Will Stay’, which is due to arrive in May.
Initially huge gigs in Cardiff, Glasgow, Liverpool, Dublin and London were announced, however following tickets going on sale last week, huge demand led to a second show in the UK capital being announced. Now, with all shows having sold out, it is confirmed that Del Rey has become the highest-selling solo artist in 2025 across the UK and Ireland. The six sold-out shows mean that she has sold over 300,000 tickets.
The forthcoming shows will be the singer’s first stadium dates in the UK and Ireland, and arrive on the heels of a huge year of live shows in 2024.
These have so far included her headline slots at this year’s Reading & Leeds, as well as appearances at Coachella, Rock en Seine and her first stadium show at Fenway Park in Boston.
Lana Del Rey’s 2025 UK and Ireland tour dates are:
JUNE
23 – Principality Stadium, Cardiff
26 – Hampden Park, Glasgow
28 – Anfield Stadium, Liverpool
30 – Aviva Stadium, Dublin
JULY
03 – Wembley Stadium, London
04 – Wembley Stadium, London
In other Lana Del Rey news, the singer’s upcoming 10th album, ‘The Right Person Will Stay’, will mark the follow-up to her 2023 record ‘Did You Know That There’s A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd’ and is set to arrive on May 21.
Little else is known about the record at time of writing, although Del Rey has told fans on Instagram that it will comprise 13 tracks and potentially contain a lead single titled ‘Henry’.
Before then, she had already confirmed that the new project would see her venture into country music, and that regular collaborator Jack Antonoff and country musician Luke Laird would be involved. Initially, it was suggested that the album’s title was going to be ‘Lasso’.
Speaking to NME earlier this year, she hinted that the lyrics may be lighter than on her more recent material. “I’ve maybe less to say in terms of any self-revealing things like on ‘Tunnel’ or ‘Blue Bannisters’ or ‘Chemtrails Over The Country Club’, and just more melodic,” Del Rey said at the Ivor Novellos. “Maybe more American Songbook style?”
