The celebrity spin-off to The Traitors had its first episode on October 8, with the series running for nine episodes concluding on October 24.

Famous faces from all areas of entertainment have gathered at Ardross Castle in Scotland for the series – including Faith and Charlotte Church, sportsmen Tom Daley and Joe Marler and presenters Clare Balding and Sir Stephen Fry.

The series follows the epic finale of the main show’s third season, which was the most watched episode in the show’s history.

However, after betraying Faith on the show, Carr revealed that she is no longer friends with him. Carr’s betrayal proved a big twist in the show considering their friendship away from the screen.

Speaking about his Traitors experience on an episode, Carr said: “I’m killing people. I’ve killed Paloma Faith. Tom Daley, I can’t stop killing. I’ve got a taste for it. I’m like, what the fuck is it? Jeffrey Dahmer.”

Norman Cook, aka Fatboy Slim, who is also a contestant on the show, then asked him: “Aren’t you mates with Paloma?”

Carr then replied “Well I was…I’ll tell you. I’ve killed Paloma Faith, she’s not happy about it.

In the interim, Faith has been posting what Carr described as “digs” at him on social media platform, TikTok.

He continued: “There’s been a few, let’s just say little TikTok-y things where she says I’ve let her down because I killed her in plain sight.

“I was desperate and she went ‘if you were a real friend you wouldn’t have killed me’ but I said ‘I’m the traitor. The show’s called The Traitors.’ It’s like going on Naked Attraction and being told, ‘what? I have to take my knickers off’. You know, it does what it says on the tin, I can’t help it.”

After Faith was the first to leave the show, Faith said of those that betrayed her: “These are like three of my favourite people that I was sure… I hope they never call me again.

“Bang out of order. Bang out of order. I feel really even more betrayed now. I feel betrayed by Jonathan [Ross] and Alan.”

In other Traitors news, across Celia Imrie’s breaking wind on the show has been called a highlight of the series so far by fans.

During the October 15 episode, the offending sound was heard during a tense moment. Host Claudia Winkleman asked “What just happened?” as contestants burst into fits of laughter. Imrie confessed: “I just farted, Claudia. It’s nerves, but I always own up.” Her fellow celebrities laughed even louder, although Winkleman assured her: “I always own up too.”
