The Office safe code in Resident Evil Requiem is: 50 left, 60 right, 80 left. This code can be found on a document in the Bioweapon Repository nearby in ARK.
The safe contains an Empty Bottle, a bottle of Acid, and a Med Injector. All of this will help you survive longer as Grace.
