The lead guitarist and co-founder of the Australian rock band attended the fan event after the cancellation of their scheduled show at Rogers Stadium on Wednesday (September 16).
It is not typical for the members of AC/DC to show up at the pop-ups – which give fans access to unique merch, food, drinks, and even the chance to play and pose with one of Young’s guitars.
However, the group reportedly made it up to disappointed ticketholders by attending the Toronto ‘PWR/UP’ event to sign autographs.
In a video that has since emerged online, a fan is seen putting their baby on the table in front of Young. He is then handed a pen and proceeds to sign the youngster. The guitarist had previously signed another tot in Argentina earlier this year.

AC/DC are currently out on their 2026 North American ‘PWR/UP’ tour, which kicked off in July. They were forced to cancel their planned show in Toronto this week “due to damage the venue sustained following a severe weather event”.
“The safety of fans, artists, crew and venue staff remains our highest priority,” the band wrote in a statement. “Every effort was made to find potential solutions for the show to move forward in Toronto, but unfortunately we were unable to find an alternative venue that could accommodate everyone.”
The tour is set to resume in Winnipeg tomorrow (Sunday September 20), ahead of stops in East Rutherford (September 25) and Philadelphia (September 29).
Earlier this month, AC/DC were joined by special guest openers Foo Fighters for “one night only” in Missouri. Frontman Dave Grohl said during the show that it was a “huge fucking bucket list” moment for him, and teased a potential full joint tour.
“I was mostly excited to get off this stage and fucking watch AC/DC for the next couple hours,” he told the crowd.
