The cast of Single’s Inferno season five have come back together for a special six-episode reunion series.
The South Korean reality show hurls twelve singletons onto an island, as they compete in challenges, go on dates, and try to leave with a potential match to Paradise. At the end of the series, the contestants have to decide whether they want to leave the island with someone else or not.

Single’s Inferno debuted in December 2021 and has gone onto span five seasons in total. For the fifth season, Netflix released a reunion series for the first time, where we get to catch up with the status of the departed couples.
The end of season five saw five couples leave the island together. For a breakdown of who is still together, at least during filming of the reunion series (around December 2025, a month prior to the show’s premiere), check out the below.
What couples are still together after Single’s Inferno season 5?
Lim Su-been and Park Hee-sun
Only two couples have continued to date after season five, with the first being Lim Su-been and Park Hee-sun. Their relationship initially had to take a break after Hee-sun went back to the US, but now she’s back in Korea, they confirmed they’re dating in the reunion series.
Lee Joo-young and Kim Jae-jin
The other couple who appear to be still dating, albeit in a low-key fashion, are Lee Joo-young and Kim Jae-jin. In the reunion series, they confirmed they have been meeting up regularly after the show, and went on a few dates.
What couples are no longer together?
Kim Go-eun and Woo Sung-min
While Kim Go-eun and Woo Sung-min didn’t stay together after the finale, the former’s chemistry with Jo I-geon saw some signs of life during the reunion series. The pair agreed to get dinner together, so Go-eun might have some romance after the show.
Choi Mina Sue and Lee Sung-hun
These two didn’t go on any dates after the show. In fact, there are signs Lee Sung-hun has moved onto someone else.
Kim Min-gee and Song Seung-il
The messiest fallout during the reunion series was between Kim Min-gee and Song Seung-il. After the show, Min-gee implied she had been ghosted by Seung-il, saying things were “cut off from his end” and their relationship had been “more one-sided” since. She added: “The person I liked is still stuck in Inferno.”
“We didn’t end up becoming an actual couple,” Seung-il said. “So we’re just friends.”
