LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is TT Games’ latest adventure and players are keen to know if they can link up with friends and protect Gotham with others. LEGO games are known for having some form of multiplayer. But the new LEGO Batman game is slightly different in several ways, so has co-op made the transition over?

Here is what we know.

The new LEGO Batman game, LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, does have multiplayer, but only 2-player local co-op. There is no kind of online multiplayer, but you can play with a friend on your couch.

The entire game is playable like this with drop-in, drop-out co-op, so you don’t have to restart your playthrough or play on a different save.
